As a ESA Customer you will receive priority treatment anytime you call, exclusive discounts on parts, and two ( 2 ) precision maintenance visits ( spring / fall ) each year. All this for just $159.00 / year.

SERVICE VISITS INCLUDE:  (SPRING / FALL)
 

• Clean or replace return air filters **

• Inspect for blower and coil cleanliness

• Check for proper air flow

• Inspect blower for belt wear, tension and alignment

• Lubricate bearings as needed and inspect for wear

• Inspect for unusual noise or vibration

• Inspect for equipment damage

• Check electrical connections for tightness

• Test for proper voltage and amperage on motors

• Check thermostat calibration and settings



COOLING:  (SPRING VISIT)
Air Condition and Heat Pump Systems
 

• Check the outdoor coil and brush the fins

• Test system pressures and super heat

• Test compressor efficiency

• Test the outdoor fan motor operation

• Test heat pump reversing valves and check valves

• Check the crank case heater operation

• Test starting and safety controls

• Test the temperature difference accros the indoor coil

• Inspect the condensate drain

• Visually inspect for oil and refrigerant leaks



HEATING SYSTEM:  (FALL VISIT)
Heat Pumps, Natural Gas and Electrical Furnaces
 

• Check safety devices

• Clean and adjust automatic controls

• Adjust heating components for optimum efficiency

• Inspect gas furnace flue system operation

• Test the temperature rise accross the heating section

• Check heat pump defrost cycle and reversing valve

• Test electronic resistance heating operation (if applicable)
