Preventative Maintenance Program
Clarke & Rush will perform a maintenance and inspection program on listed scheduled equipment per the above equipment schedule. This service will be performed (4) times per year. Maintenance will consist of the items outlined in the attached scope of work. Filters will be changed at each inspection.
Clarke & Rush Will:
- All CPM accounts will receive a discount, on repairs.
- Preferred labor Rate of $145/hr. and Overtime Rate of $220/hr.
- Maintain a computer log and track equipment performance.
- Maintain an individual HVAC unit record of operation condition and component service.
- Maintain an updated equipment list (model and serial number).
- Provide special instructions to get optimum equipment performance.
- Label all serviced equipment.
- Provide a special priority service number.
- Allow special discounts on equipment replacement.
- Perform filter change out and system inspection each visit.
- Perform calibration and safety check of systems by journeyman level service techs.
- Lubricate all fittings, bearings and push rods per manufacturers specifications.
- VDC $60.00 per initial service call.
- Provide skilled technicians.
